Free seminar - Making customer services and information accessible for all.
O’Herlihy Access Consultancy will be running a free seminar entitled “Making customer services and information accessible for all” on the 7th May 2013.
This interactive seminar will identify how small, medium and large organisations can make their customer services and information accessible for all people regardless of age, size or disability.
The session will:
- Address training needs for staff (i.e. Disability awareness training) and what should be covered.
- Identify key elements to make customer services accessible for all people including people with disabilities.
- Address how to make printed documents, websites, face to face meetings and events accessible for all.
- Provide you with simple tips on how you can embed accessibility within the organisation to ensure your services are accessible for all.
The seminar will be facilitated by Eoin O’Herlihy. Eoin has assisted and provided advice to numerous organisations in this area including Dublin City Council, Dublin Castle, DFS Furniture, the Irish Wheelchair Association, University College Cork, Arts and Disability Ireland, The Arts Council and Aviva to name but a few.
The seminar will take place in the Guinness Enterprise Centre, Taylor’s Lane, Dublin 8 from 13.00 -14.15 on Tuesday 7th May and lunch will be provided.
