Cliffs of Moher Visitors' Centre
In August 2008, OHAC carried out an access audit of main visitor centre and surrounding approaches at the Cliffs of Moher in Clare.
The Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre was opened in February 2007 to create a new visitor experience at the site. The project, driven by Clare County Council, includes construction of an award winning visitor centre containing a state of the art interpretive centre, Atlantic Edge, as well as state of the art visitor facilities which attracts up to one million visitors annually.
Work on this project concluded in October 2008.
